Payments: Advance payment is mandatory to commence any project. GST invoices are issued only for payments made to the official company account.

Pricing: All quoted prices are exclusive of GST, transportation, and net metering charges unless explicitly mentioned.

Delivery & Installation: Project timelines are subject to site readiness, client coordination, and statutory approvals. ISOL Power is not liable for delays caused by government processes or client-side issues.

Warranty: Solar products are covered under respective manufacturer warranties. ISOL Power provides installation warranty as per the agreed project scope.

Site Responsibility: Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe, accessible, and installation-ready site. Any delay or additional work due to site conditions may incur additional charges.

Unauthorized Handling: Warranty and support will be void in case of tampering, unauthorized relocation, or third-party intervention post-installation.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds are applicable only if cancellation is requested prior to dispatch or installation.

No refund will be issued after procurement, dispatch, or commencement of project-related work.

All requests must be submitted via email to support@isolpower.in with relevant project details.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days post-verification.
